REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Since each piece at Rumi by Vi is handmade and delicate, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, sizing, or change of mind.

We offer replacements only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The wire is bent, cracked, or broken
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage
  • The issue must be clearly visible in the photos/videos
  • Once approved, we will replace the product at no extra cost

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at rumibyvi@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach unboxing photos/videos showing the damage
  4. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

Non-Refundable:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products without unboxing proof
